Post Resume Menu Settings :
Post resume menu settings is very important settings as this is the menu most of the candidates use to post their resume.
FYI :
Candidates will no have patience to enter many fields ( even though they seek job ) .So make this menu short and best.
Candidate will normally look for less no of mandatory fields in any kind of application form.
Make sure you set industry, mobile , email & upload resume as the required and mandatory field.
Steps to Configure the Post Resume Menu :
Login to admin panel > Click Post Resume Menu > Give your company general Email id > Click Modify / Submit > Select the required and Mandatory fields > Click Update
Note : Mandatory field need to be the required field.
